From day one the service and ease of getting a new air conditioning unit was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about Darren, the service technicians, etc.

The service tech got here at 2:30 right on time, looked at my unit, took lots of pictures. Showed us all that was wrong with it. Was very honest, said he could fix it for a few thousand, but not guaranteed. We opted to replace the unit. Darren came over gave us some options. Now we are just waiting for installation.
