David provided excellent service, detailed explanations of areas of concern along with pictures of the attic and under-performing parts for us to discuss. In addition, he provided a full report, along with the readings from his tests. Well worth your investment. He then provided costs for various options, and after researching them on our own, we decided to replace our system.

Performed AC diagnostic on 2016 Lennox Condenser. Client had stated that system stopped working approximately one week ago. I began my diagnostic at the thermostat and found that the indoor unit is operational and blowing but it’s not cold air. So I went to the outdoor condensing unit I found that it was non-operational. Verified that fuses were intact and found out I was missing a leg of power coming from the breaker. Inspected breaker and found that it was a pushoMatic a very outdated panel. Breaker would not pushing and advised him that he should have an electrician come and verify and replace it. Until breakers are placed unit can be worked on and tested at this point I cannot get power to the system. Client stated that he will have an electrician come and fix it and let us know what happens after that. On departure system is non-operational
Installed nest E thermostat for the bedrooms system. Opened the master bedroom damper to lower the amount of airflow to the back two bedrooms. Set up a sensor in the office. Connected the thermostat to clients WiFi and assisted in setup process. Instructed how to use both thermostat and nest app.
