Maintenance performed on Lennox system. Checked ampâ€™s of blower motor and furnace itself, system using low amps. The filter was still clean and can be replaced next maintenance visit. The temperature split was in range to heat home properly. Coil is clean, and gas line is in open position. Turned heating off and checked through all electrical components. All components operating correctly. System is operational upon departure. Prefer to call to schedule for next maintenance.
Plenum and gas Repipe completed -Return plenum and ducts sealed air tight -Plenum strapped so it does not slouch -Gas sediments traps installed and leak tested
Technician arrived to perform maintenance -Flame sensors cleaned -Resistance for igniter is good -Amps for motors is within range -Plenums and a gas Repipe was recommended to increase efficiency of the system -Heating elements are working properly -Electrical connections tightened -Collected service deposit for plenum and gas repipe
Filter was dirty upon arrival. Replaced air filter and still couldnâ€™t get system on. Error code told me there was potential leak in system. I cut back insulation to suction line and visibly saw oil residue falling down from joints. We will be back to correct error and take care of refrigerant and labor.
Client stated no heating -Inducer would constantly run and the pressure switch would never close -The pressure switch had 24v and i was able to manually close the switch so that wasnâ€™t the issue -Inducer draft motor port where hose hooks onto was completely clogged with soot -I cleared it with thermostat wire and now it has proper flow to the switch -Heating elements are working properly and the furnace is currently heating -A maintenance membership was highly recommended as the issue was due to improper maintenance
During my twenty point heating inspection, I started with the thermostat. Giving a call for heating, and going to furnace to start maintenance. Temp rise of 40-70 needed, I got a temp rise of 49. House heats up to designated temperature. I checked out blower motor of any dirt or debris and itâ€™s clean. Hot surface igniter not cracked or having white spots. Flame sensor still working good, no need to be cleaned. Ducting done correctly, and all runs intact. Inducer motor is using high amps. Whole furnace being ran is using max amps. System is 20+ years old. Blower motor wheel, is rusting out. Needs replacement to wheel.
Arrived on site to perform furnace maintenance
Replaced defective circuit board as well as the blower capacitor and the transformer.
Performed an AC maintenance on a 2021 Linux system. System was chemically bathed and thoroughly washed. Pressures were checked and temperature splits both are in Range. Checked all electrical components and they were all in range. The customer has just changed out his filterSo he did not need me to put one in there. System was fully operational on time of departure.

Upon arrival performed maintenance on AC system. Filter was dirty client says he vacuums it mostly dog hair. Primary & secondary motor control are in range . Ampergeas are in range. No protection on system. Refrigerant levels in range. Electrical fuses good. System is operational upon completion.
Estimate to replace 3 ducts and cut in one supply duct
Performed AC tune up, refrigerant levels were checked and they were within proper range. Condenser coil was thoroughly cleaned for better breathability. All amperage draws for the compressor, fan motor, and blower motor were all within range. Technician found that the plenum and the duct collars were all leaking a good amount of air. Other than the ducting needing correction, the system is operating properly.
Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2019 lennox units. Condenser units both located on side og home. Client stated ok issues. Outdoor temperature was cold at 65. Cycled both units on and cooling. Washed both condenser coils inside and out. Checked electrical compartment. Both primary starters are good. Both secondary motor controls are good and in range. Fan motors are good and oil free. Checked both start ups amps and are good. Conor booster were added in past. Run amps on both good. Unit hold R410a and both holding charge. Out door temperature was cold and couldnâ€™t get accurate reading but is holding a charge. Client is aware. Home inside is not hot at this time and is at 65 inside. Found protection added last time we were out. And both are good and protecting. Filters were good as he just replaced last month. Arrived on site to perform heating tune up on a 2020 AcPro unit. Client stated no issues. Furnace located in attic. Client wanted filter replaced. Cycled unit. Found black flex ducting used but okay. Filter was replaced. Blower wheel and assembly is good. Client stated he would order his own filters going forward. Motor is good. Inducer motor is good and in range. All safety switches are operational. Temperature is good and heating home. Drain lines are good and clear at this time. Found not protection on unit and recommended adding protection to protect systems from electrical and power outage that can damage or even short out systems and components. Cycled unit and went over all findings and how unit is running. Client is aware and okay with so at this time. Unit is operational upon departure.
Performed Combo tuneup on a 2020 Lennox gas heater and AC. Homeowner requests the filter in the attic be removed so he can change the filter at the return grills as normal. This was accommodated for him. A gas pressure adjustment was made today. Sensors and switches were cleaned and tested. Gas valve and ignitor were measured and recorded. Duct runs are sealed. Condensate lines are clear. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Outdoor components were measured and are in range. Refrigerant levels were verified to be in range. The thermostat had high and low limits that were adjusted to accommodate any comfort level that the homeowner wants. Condition of the unit was discussed with the customer. System is running at end of appointment.
Performed combo maintenance on a 2020 Lennox system. Heating sensors and switches were cleaned and tested. Filter was very dirty and changed today. Condensate lines are clear. Combustion blower and primary blower are clean and amping in range. Heating temperature rise is good at 34 degrees. Outdoor unit was deep cleaned. Outdoor components are reading in range. Refrigerant levels are good. Service panel and compressor bay cleaned. Electrical protection was installed to the condenser and furnace. System is operational at end of appointment.
Technician arrived on site and started heating tune up. Cleaned off top of furnace. Cleaned off panels. Cleaned out inside of blower cabinet, however it heavily rusted. Blower wheel is also rusted out. Could possibly break due to corrosion. Checked recently installed components in furnace. They are good. All motors are okay. Safety switches are working as intended. Heat is operational. Heating components are wearing out. Hot surface igniter is showing signs of failing. Flame sensor is oxidized. Inducer motor is okay. Gas piping has no sediment trap. Duct connections are not sealed properly. Allowing for air loss inside the attic. Return has no plenum and is not sealed properly. Air intake duct should be 1 size bigger to allow for more airflow. Tenant said the daughters room is always the hottest. To fix issue and fix airflow, itâ€™s recommended we add another return into the daughters room. Unit is also past its 20 year life expectancy. Performed heating and cooling maintenance, heating temperature split is 30 degrees. Cooling temperature split is 19 degrees. Filter is clean at this time. Heating sensors and switches were all cleaned and verified in working order. Outdoor unit was dirty snd cleaned today. Refrigerant levels were verified in range. Starting components are good. Compressor and fan motor were measured and recorded. Surge protection was installed today. System was running at end of appointment
Summer AC Maintenance Performed Upon arrival both systems are working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor condenser by breaking it down and cleaning with water and coil solution. Inspected all electrical components for wear and ensuring tight connections, as well as tested system for amp draws. Checked and measured system pressures and charge. Upon inspection of electricals I found there to be no surge protection, recommended to protect electrical components in system. I then proceeded to the indoor furnace unit. Inspected condensates for drainage and safety switches for functionality. Inspected blower compartment for dust and proper balance. Checked electrical for tight connections, inspected electrical components. Upon recommendation members had surge protection installed on both systems. Upon departure systems are working and operational.
Found water back flowing into secondary drain pan and overfilling onto platform. Removed the junction to the secondary pan and installed additional condensate overflow safety switch wired in series with the secondary drain safety switch. Installed cap on the old junction takeoff to make the primary drain a straight shot to the bathroom sink. Removed the bathroom sink rubber hose and cleared debris, also tested primary drain with water and watched condensate exit the system properly. Tested system on cooling and monitored for 20 mi to assure system is working properly.
Performed maintenance on a Lennox AC in Chula Vista. Condenser motor and compressor are amping in range. Starter component is showing signs of failure. Indoor blower motor is leaking oil heavily and is amping high. Indoor unit has signs of condensate leak on the floor. Evaporate coil is clean.
Replace existing system with listed equipment.
Technician arrived on site and started performing one HVAC combo tuneup. Started with the heater. Went through entire 20 point safety inspection. Static, motor amperage, heat rise, and safety components all checked out. Customer changed his own filter. Went outside to condenser and checked The coil, it was in good shape. Cleaned it with water as per the data plate no chemicals. Check motor amperage on start up and while running, and it was within the manufacture specifications. Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 2 furnace. Both furnace located in attic. Client stated no issues but was interested in some repairs that were recommended last visit. Cycled both systems to ensure operating.found both filter to be good as they were just replaced . Blower assembly are good slight dust. Motor were replaced as client wanted to replace motors. Both secondary motor controls are good. Both Inducer motors are in range. Evaporator coils good as they are new. Drain lines are good. Inspected heat exchangers and found they to have heat impingement over the years of operation. Advised due to age of heaters system are on borrowed time as they are operational just have some age to them. Temperature rise is good and in range. No protection on either unit. Cycled both systems to ensure system operating. Went over all summary of findings and areas of concerns and recommendations. Client are aware of how system are running and the condition. Clients did want to go forward
