Upon arrival performed maintenance on AC. Indoor motor & wheel are in very good condition. Circuit boards are very good. There is no surge protection on system. Filter was replaced. Renewed clients membership. Outdoor fan motor good. Coils were extremely dirty cleaned out system. System is operational upon completion.
Found gas fitting lose. System is now operational .no more leaks.
Upon arrival started tune up of a 3 zone mini split. Cleaned condenser coils and checked electrical. Charge is good. Temp split is good. Found no issues on todays visit. Recommend adding surge protection.

Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Connected to system and found system to have no refrigerant inside of system at all. Let client know. They will use there brother in law. Does not want me to perform any work. System is non operational for cooling.
Performed service on a thermal king/Goodman mix match system. Customer reports no response to any thermostat function. I found the low-voltage fuse to be popped. Indoor transformer was measured and tested. Transformer appears to be a bit weak but is not the primary issue. The outdoor Contactor was popping the fuse on the low-voltage part of the circuit. This was replaced today. The customer signed up for future maintenance is and is aware that with a system is old Electrical components can become weak. System is operational at end of appointment.
Performed maintenance on a 202p Lennox condenser. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Electrical amp readings shows components to be in healthy working condition. Starting components were measured and tested. Refrigerant levels are ok. Filter was recently changed and is clean. Condensate lines are clear. Duct runs are sealed. System is operational
Arrived on site to diagnose unit have a issues with draining and not cooling good. Spoke to client and she stated she had remodeled whole home units had been removed and but back in attic once hole was done. Client stated sheâ€™s had nothing but issues with condensation and had water damage in past and other company come out to fix but they had to her she needs to replace. Inspected indoor unit doing unit to have no drain lines primary or secondary. After the over flow she had a secondary pan put in but now both condensation lines go right into secondary pan and drain out which is not good at all. They had to run a line from secondary pan. Found pan to have a decent crack and advised evaporator coil would have to be replaced. Found so since there is not enough room she would have to get both units removed out to get the coil out. Went out side to look at out door unit and found condenser about flat. Advised client this is not good as this mean there is a leak present but unknow where i
Upon arrival started ac tune up. Cleaned condenser coils. Checked electrical. Refrigerant charge appeared low at this time. Outdoor temp is low. Temp split is 16/20. Indoor temp was 66. Want to explore issues more next visit with warmer weather. Unit is operational upon departure.
Performed maintenance tuneup on two cooling systems. Inspected indoor unit and tested thermostats in cooling, checked ducting and inspected filters. Recorded temperature splits and checked drain lines. Monitored operation and recorded all electrical loads. Washed outdoor condensers and coils.
Performed AC maintenance on one and a half year old system. Checked and tightened electrical components. I inspected safety mechanisms on unit. System has flood protection and was venting properly. Blower wheel is balanced and free of dust. Inspected capacitor it is within range. Cleaned outdoor condenser coils and remove debris from bottom of unit. System is cooling at a 20Â° split. Filter was dirty and was changed at todayâ€™s visit customer supplies filter. Inspected condensate line condensate line is clear and free of debris. I system is cooling and operational upon departure.

Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 3 2007 weather king units. Client stated she just moved back into home and the whole house is getting remodeled. All 3 unit. Found 1 inch filter in return vents and pulled all of them out since they have a 5 in filter in attic. All 3 blower assembly are dirty from past years of dirt entering unit. Past owners did not do maintenance. All 3 secondary controls have been replaced. Motor are amping high and can fail in future as they get used heating and cooling. One motor is leaking a lot of oil from stress and age of unit. Igniter for found 2 igniter readying really high over 100. Advised these should be from 50-100. These can fail in future. Flame sensors have been replaced in past as well. Gas lines are good. Tempe rise is good on all 3 units. No protection on units and recommended adding protection to protect from electrical surge and power outages due to age and conditions. Cycled heaters. Washed all 3 condenser inside and out. Checked e
Upon arrival performed heating maintenance. Indoor motor is running pretty high in amperageâ€™s. Indoor blower wheel beginning to accumulate a lot of dust, client has really bad allergies. Is really interested in the purification kits, but has to do some research, Said itâ€™s normal for her to do this. Advised there is no rush, to take her time. System is older and getting to its late stages of running. Isnâ€™t to sure weather it makes sense to do it or not, advised most sense would be replace systems, but if she is not ready she can always have purification moved over to new systems when in future replaces. Liked the fact that she can do that. Left checklist with customer & renewed Memebrship.
Arrived on site to install high limit switch. Removed the original defective high limit and new part worked. Advised graciela that system is still over heating with a 78 degree temperature rise. This furnace only recommends 35-75 temperature rise. She plans on only using for short periods of time but understand system is old with airflow issues. They will give us a call if they have any questions. System was operational upon departure

Performed Furnace maintenance on 1 year old Lennox system. Ran system through 20 point inspection checklist. Replaced 4 downstairs supply registers with bar type registers. Sealed registers. Cycled system, system is operational upon completion.

Cooling Maintenance Performed- Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor unit, I began by breaking it down and cleaning the coil with water and solution, removing heavy dirt and debris from the coil and housing. I then proceeded to check refrigerant pressures as well as record amp draws. I inspected electrical components for wear and tight connections. I then proceeded to the indoor unit. I checked static pressures as well as recorded temperature splits. I inspected the blower housing and checked electrical connections. Flushed condensates and inspected components. Filter has been changed at this time, cool air provided. Upon inspection of both units I found the blower housing on the indoor unit to be heavily coated with dust and dirt, this is going to prematurely wear out the blower motor as well as it has made the secondary motor control fall below itâ€™s rated value as itâ€™s been working harder to start the blower motor, recommend a blowe

Heating Maintenance Performed Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance in the attic by performing a duct leakage inspection. I then proceeded to the furnace unit, I checked and tightened electrical connections. I inspected the heating components for proper operation and wear. Burners were inspected for proper operation. Flame sensor was cleaned. Condensates lines were inspected for proper drainage. Static pressures and temperature splits were taken. Filters have been changed, cool air provided. Blower housing and wheel was inspected for balance and dust build up. Air supply was measured. Inspected safety switches as well as inspected home for fire and carbon monoxide detectors. Upon inspection of the indoor unit, I found there to be no flood prevention devices, as well as the blower and inducer motor to be overamping. Arrived on site to perform furnace diagnostic on 1996 Lennox heater. Upon arrival client stated that for about a couple weeks now the furnace has not been igniting and were not sure if it was related to their new fireplace installation outside. Began diagnostic and found that system did turn on and began hitting at first. Proceeded to attic and found that furnace was operating and took a temperature rise and found a total of 81Â° which is exceeding the safe temperature range design for this furnace. Found an indoor blower motor had significant oil leak is coming from itâ€™s bearing and the single secondary motor control that turns motor on has become weak reading at 5 ÂµF. After determining that this is causing overheating issues I began to turn the system back on and it would not ignite. Sound that spark ignition is not getting enough power delivered from the circuitboard. At this time I concluded that the circuitboard supplying power to the spark ignition is not enough and will not i
