First time

I expected a tech that was going to rush through some minimal work & try to up sell us on all kinds of repairs or upgrades. My immediate impression of Travis was that he was so friendly & polite. Then I couldn't believe how much he took apart and took the time to show me and explain what he found. Instead of just rushing through everything he spent over 4 hours inspecting, cleaning & repairing. Then when he finished he tested everything, put it all back together & cleaned up. Travis was great & we hope he'll be the one that returns in 6 months.👍🏻 Bobby & Krista Mission Viejo

Arrived at unit to do a maintenance on Samsung double head condenser unit. I took off top of unit and hoses out inside and out of any debris in condenser. I took off condenser cabinet and motherboard (good), refrigerant (good), both fan motors (good), tightened electrical. After I went up to attic to service both new systems installed a year ago. I changed both filters at each unit. Both were 16*25*5 air filter. I checked blower motors (good), motherboards (good), no single secondary motor controls on either unit, both have ecm. Lastly I went to check out bottom floor air handler. Checked out motherboard (good), blower motor (good). Changed out air filter at unit. Size was 29*25*5, for next visit, so we’ll have all correct sizes. Charging today for three air filters and a surge protection opiate condenser.

Technician arrived on site. Found the E180 error code on the s30. Went into dealer setting and found the outdoor temperature sensor shorted. Went to the condenser and opened up the electrical compartment. Plug for the sensor was not put in all the way. Tightened electrical connections. The sensor will work intermittently now. And it’s not sensing the correct temperature. Will order the sensor from Lennox and have dispatch schedule the return visit.

Technician arrived on site. Call was for low airflow upstairs. Unit had been replaced about 3 years ago. Along with the ducts. Downstairs is cooling great. Upstairs is getting almost no airflow. Found a 12 in duct supplying the entire upstairs. As a result there is no airflow. Talked about relocating the unit to the attic. Need to get field supervisor out here to do a job walk and provide estimates.

Performed Ac maintenance on 6 year old Carrier system. Cycled system for cooling. Pulled condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out with coil cleaner and water. Checked system electrical and components. Amp draws for compressor are within range. Condenser fan motor is close to over amping and has started to leak oil. Secondary motor control is out of range for condenser fan motor, which explains why amp draws are high and motor is leaking. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. With approval went ahead and replaced secondary motor control. Homeowner had coupon for discounted maintenance promo. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
