Honest, gave me my options, and didn't try to push me into making a decision. From first phone call when they did the best they could to find a time to come that worked for me, to the technician that actually arrived early, (and Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly) everything was great. Listened and took time to explain what was needed.

Checked new furnace for faults
Performed inspection of both system for faults and performance. Replaced defective part on the main system and the filter (provided by customer). Mini split in the guest house was tested and is working properly. The insulation is ch keeps these systems running consistently in the hottest days of the year.
Replace existing furnace with below listed equipment. Uninstall evaporator coil and seal supply plenum and re-install coil properly. Previous contractor didn’t seal it very well. Re-insulated closet plenum. Seal all supply cans and install new high flow register set. Re-insulate 2 attic duct runs and add secondary safety switch. $5,400 due upon completion.
Replaced the faulty circuit board and weak blower battery cap. Replaced filter and cleaned return grate. Tested system on both modes to verify operation.
Tested the system and measured temperatures. Inspected outdoor system electrical and motors. Cleaned condenser coil. Cleaned filter grate. Tested thermostat.
Arrived to perform an ac tune up on a Mini-Split system. Cycled system on customer said he hasn’t changed the filter since it was installed. Airflow even throughout the house. Climbed into attic. System has a merv 11 16x25x5 inspected condition was completely hammered. Heavy with debris, reducing system efficiency and lowering indoor air quality due to more dust cycling thru the system. Customer upgraded to merv 16 16x25x5. Outside condenser, heavy debris in the coils. Sprayed chemicals inside and out. Washed completely down inside and out. Checked electrical components all within range. Refrigerant pressures are good. Cycled system off and on. System is operational upon departure. Merv 16 filter must be replaced 8-12 months. More can cause system suffocation and begin loosing system efficiency, longer run times to get to desired temperatures, and cause more wear and tear on system.
Tested cooling system and measured indoor temperatures. Tested thermostat. Inspected filter and cleaned return grille. Measured outdoor voltages and motor amp draws. Measured outdoor electrical components. Cleaned outdoor coils. Inspected disconnect fuses
Replace existing system with below listed equipment. Proper start up and testing of the system. Customer will pay $4466 with credit card and Finance the rest ($,4466) with service finance.

Performed diagnostic. Homeowner states that his thermostat is blank. Went blank a day ago and has not came on since. Trouble shot unit and found condensation pump completely full of water and cutting the voltage to the thermostat. Pump is receiving proper voltage but is just not pumping out. Condensation pump is bad. Condensation pump is covered under parts warranty, but labor will still be charged. Replaced condensation pump, also replaced Merv 16 filter. Tested pump and new pump is working as it should. System is now fully operational. Homeowner signed up on monthly maintenance program.
