From day one the service and ease of getting a new air conditioning unit was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about Darren, the service technicians, etc.
Sherry - Riverside, CA
The service tech got here at 2:30 right on time, looked at my unit, took lots of pictures. Showed us all that was wrong with it. Was very honest, said he could fix it for a few thousand, but not guaranteed. We opted to replace the unit. Darren came over gave us some options. Now we are just waiting for installation.

Arrived on site to perform AC diagnostic on year 2000 Lennox condensing unit for upstairs. Upon arrival Robert stated that the upstairs system recently stopped working and is only blowing out hot air. He stayed in about five years ago service was done, they had to add R22 refrigerant charge and a compressor saver kit. Began diagnostic at outdoor unit and found that system was not getting high-voltage power from breaker panel. Found that air conditioning breaker was tripped. Reset switch system still will not turn on due to duel secondary motor control becoming defective. Installed new dual secondary motor control and condenser fired up. I measured amps for a compressor and found that system was overamping and using way too much power from what it was designed for. This is an indication that the compressor is overworking and is the reason why the breaker panel has tripped and will ultimately happen again due to old age and wear and tear. Compressor saver kit that was already inside of t
Upon arrival performed diagnostic on Goodman system we installed. Coils were completely dirty and there was no coil showing at all. Washed coils off. Signed client up with Memebrship. Replaced secondary motor control. Added Hardstart kit to keep amperage’s low on start for compressor. Refrigerant levels & temp splits in range. System is operational upon completion
Upon arrival permed maintenances on AC tune up. Filter was replaced. Amperage’s on system are in range. Took condenser top off and cleaned condenser coils. Secondary & primary motor controls in range. Washed mini split coils as well. Washed filters. Refrigerant levels in range. System is running at normal conditions. Everything is in range. Ducting is in very good condtion.
Technician arrived and client stated air was not cold -Technician found common wire burnt off of the common terminal on the capacitor -It appeared all the wire terminals were loose and not tightened -I redid all the wires with new connectors to make a solid connection on the capacitor -System is now running and cooling properly
Technician arrived to perform spring tune up -Condenser was cleaned out for efficiency and longevity -Electrical components were within range and working properly -Refrigerant levels were also within range -Ducting was intact and didn’t appear to be leaking air -Blower motor was working good and drawing the right amount of power -Surge protection was recommended as another layer of protection for the condenser -System is working great and is tuned up, ready for summer
Upon arrival performed maintenance on Lennox system. System is running very well, system is in very good condition. Coils are very clean. Circuit board are looking healthy, but would highly recommend adding protection to these systems. Air purification kit was recommended due to large amounts of dust bunnies staying on return grill. Refrigerant levels in range. Air flow good. Replaced filter. System is operational upon completion.
Upon arrival, found system low on charge. System is 23 years old. R22. Went over repair prices. Client wanted replacement options. Disabled unit at service panel.
Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance

Arrived on site to diagnose a 4 year old unit. Spoke to client and he stated thermostat just had went blank. Client has been doing some work around house and just noticed unit is blank. Thermostat was a white I comfort and checked and no power. Inspected indoor unit and found unit to not have any power. Found no 120 was going to system. Checked breaker and it was tripped. Flipped back over and in it was operational. Cycled unit and was operational. Did it a couple times and was good. Advised client of findings and board and thermostat were good and operational. Advised client no protection on unit and recommended adding protection to help prevent and protect systems from electrical surges and power that can damage or even short out systems and components. Client is aware and stated he wanted to talk to wife and stated to follow up tomorrow as to what he would want to do. He would let me know then what he would like to do. Cycled unit and unit is operational Upon departure.
Performed AC MAINTENANCE on system. Cleaned condensor coils, removed debris from unit. Checked refrigerant levels, inspected condensate line checked temperature split at 20 degrees. Measured capacitor, it is with in range. Changed filter customer provided. Unit is cooling and operational upon departure

Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on 2004 system. Homeowner states that system upstairs is not cooling. They have had issues last year with the condensation, but they noticed that it wasn’t blowing cold like it should since then. Whoever came out made a note that the system might be leaking, but never checked for an exact answer. System was in cooling mode, and has been running non stop for several days now. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Fan is running, compressor is not. System was on thermal lockout due to it over heating from running nonstop. Watered down compressor. Was able to get compressor to turn on enough to verify that refrigerant levels are low, and unit is close to being flat. Compressor turns on and off and is starting to give out, primarily due to it running for so long with low refrigerant. Because refrigerant levels are near flat, it is obvious that system has a leak in refrigerant cycle. Went over findings and recommendations with homeow
Arrived on site to perform Ac tune up on 2 lennox units one is 2020 and other is unknown may be original to home. Cycled both and washed condenser coil inside and out on both units. Cleaned electrical compartment and checked components. Both secondary control are good. Both primary starter are good at this time some wear but okay. Fan motor was good on new one. Other had been leaking oil from age and wear but is pulling high amps. checked start up amps and both are good. Run amps are good and in range. Older unit Checked pressure on both units. New unit is r-410a and pressure are good and cooling. Older unit is on R-22 and is holding good charge and steady. No protection on both units and recommended for protection from electrical surges. Inspected Indoor units. Black flex ducting on both. Filter were dirty and replaced. Blower assembly is good one new and older was dirty from dirt entering unit. New unit motor is good and oil free. Older on has slight oil dried up and dirt In wheel. S

Performed furnace maintenance on York units. Started with unit that’s in the kitchen area attic space. Cycled system for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise is within range. Ran system through 20 point inspection checklist. Cleaned heating and blower cabinets. Filters were not horrible, homeowner was going to replace filters on her own. Blower motor is pulling higher amperage than what we would like to see. Gas line has no sediment trap, and condensation safety switch that was once installed with the unit is cut, wires are nowhere to be found. Went over findings and recommendations. Homeowner chose not to have me perform maintenance on 2nd unit as the attic access is in her sons bedroom, and he was still asleep. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 1 year old unit. Client stated no issues and unit heating good. Filter was just replaced. Both motors are operating and good. All safety switches are operational. Drain lines are clear. Clean flame heating up home. No protection on unit and recommended adding surge protection. Cycled unit and is good. Client did declined recommended work. System operational upon departure.

Arrived on site to perform combo maintenance on 4 year old Goodman system. Cycled system for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise across heat exchanger is within range. Tested all heating safeties. Filter was recently replaced by homeowner and is clean. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Heating operations are all working correctly. Cycled system for cooling. Temperature split in range. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are slightly high for age of equipment. This is majorly due to a completely clogged and dirty evap coil. This has also caused the secondary motor control to fall out of range for compressor side. Pulled off condenser fan motor and panels and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. She is fully aware of the condition of the system and recommendations. Wants to hold off on repairs for today, but would like to move forward with

Preformed furnace maintenance on 2018 Goodman heater. Found that both Uv bulbs and catalyst on air scrubber have come towards the end of its component life. These parts should be swapped out after 2 years. At this time client would like both bulbs and catalyst on truck for summer visit and a surge protector for her condenser. Client also ordered merv 16 filter. System checked out properly and was reset and tested.
