Wonderful service, friendly company!
Sherry - Riverside, CA
From day one the service and ease of getting a new air conditioning unit was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about Darren, the service technicians, etc.
Sherry - Riverside, CA
The service tech got here at 2:30 right on time, looked at my unit, took lots of pictures. Showed us all that was wrong with it. Was very honest, said he could fix it for a few thousand, but not guaranteed. We opted to replace the unit. Darren came over gave us some options. Now we are just waiting for installation.

Shelly - Riverside, CA
Honest, gave me my options, and didn't try to push me into making a decision. From first phone call when they did the best they could to find a time to come that worked for me, to the technician that actually arrived early, (and Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly) everything was great. Listened and took time to explain what was needed.

Performed diagnostic on 30 year old Rheem system. System is not cooling. Per homeowner, he had home warranty company come out and diagnose system, he has been waiting on them to come and do repairs for a couple weeks now and wants a second opinion on it. Cycled system for cooling. System kicks on normally, is only blowing warm air. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. System is recieving proper high voltage power as well as low voltage command. Compressor is kicking on, but is not compressing refrigerant. Refrigerant pressures are equalized with compressor off or with it on, only changes but a couple psi in pressure. Secondary motor control is in range for compressor, and it is recieving the proper voltage. System has a bad compressor. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Discussed repair vs . Replacement and they are leaning towards replacing the system. Homeowners have to discuss it together as they are unsure of home warranty will replace the syst
Collected $1000 deposit by check. Balance due $10641 on the day of installation
Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Found system to be non operational. Condenser fan motor leaking excessive amounts of oil. Coils are complete covered without any breathing room. Indoor coil is completely covered in dirt and debree. Very low refrigerant. Secondary motor controls low. Return insulation falling into duct, very poor airflow. System has not ever been maintenanced. Darren came out as customers request to give replacement options. System is non operational.
Performed diagnostic on 2 2008 York systems. Homeowner states that she is having some issues with both of her units. She is good friends with Jay and will be signing up on ESA maintenance program today. Homeowner states that her system for the bedrooms feels like sometimes air is not coming out as cold as it used to. She also stated that her kitchen system is working periodically as well. Cycled both units for cooling. Indoor units both kicked on and are blowing air. Bedroom system kicked on normally. Refrigerant pressures are within range and system is producing proper temperature split. Checked all electrical and system components. Secondary motor control is within range as well as compressor hard start kit. Amp draws are within range for both compressor and condenser fan motor. Primary motor control is completely full of ants inside the contact points. Kitchen system compressor is not kicking on. Checked unit electrical and components. Primary motor control was also full of ants and
Performance tuneup and service. Cleaned condenser, cleared condensate drain, measured voltages and amp draws, checked battery cap. Checked filter, made sure living room duct was not disconnected. Verified charge.
Performed AC diagnostic on 20-year-old train condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic I found out the house was 86° upon arrival found that indoor blower was blowing air although hot air I then proceeded outside to find that the condensing unit was not on. Further investigation showed that the capacitor on the hermetic side was blown and this is why the compressor was not moving refrigerant up and down The System. Replaced run capacitor and system is up and operational although it was slightly low on R22 refrigerant charge. Added in approximately 1 pound of refrigerant in house had exactly a 20° split in home. Also cleaned off condensing coil’s outside to improve subcooling. Upon departure system is fully operational and cooling but may experience problems down the road the systems are only designed for 10 to 15 years after that failure is possible.

Checked new furnace for faults
Performed inspection of both system for faults and performance. Replaced defective part on the main system and the filter (provided by customer). Mini split in the guest house was tested and is working properly. The insulation is ch keeps these systems running consistently in the hottest days of the year.
Replace existing furnace with below listed equipment. Uninstall evaporator coil and seal supply plenum and re-install coil properly. Previous contractor didn’t seal it very well. Re-insulated closet plenum. Seal all supply cans and install new high flow register set. Re-insulate 2 attic duct runs and add secondary safety switch. $5,400 due upon completion.
