Office to bill. Performed diagnostic, upon arrival system was operational and cooling correctly and no error codes where present. Monitored unit for upwards of 30 minutes, ensured all electrical connections where tight. Confirmed that the unit is condensating, filters are cleaned. Spoke with Dave, the problem could either be the reactor or PCB if problem occurs we will talk with the customer about cost of replacing parts. At this time everything is operational.

Outdoor system not performing properly on arrival, replaced the fuse and tested the voltage and measured the amp draws, the compressor amp draws are high, they are not over the max value but they are higher than they should be. The fan motor bearings are showing signs of wear as well. The capacitor is within range. Recommending the fan motor be replaced and a hard start kit added to reduce the load on the equipment.

Performed AC maintenance on a Goodman condenser. Systems temperature split is 20 degrees. Indoor blower motor is heavily caked in dirt. Scroll wheel has hair and dirt on the fins. Filter is dirty and needs changing. Outdoor coils were heavily dirty and chemically washed today. Compressor start amps are high for this setup. Fan amps are in range and components are ok at this time. Refrigerant levels are ok. System was cycled before leaving.
