My technician was very polite, and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job and was very thorough.

First of all I thought when they were coming out for an estimate it was only gonna be $100 I wasn’t aware that if it took two hours or three hours which the time was it written down correctly that it was going to cost me 300 I was quoted $99. Second of all it took three visits and after three visits they were talking thousands of dollars I could go on and on but my air-conditioning was fixedAt a cost of $1400 not the estimated thousands of dollars they were telling me

Dave provided a great service and his experience and workmanship showed in diagnosing and correcting an issue the previous installer had created. Very knowledgeable and an outstanding technician.

Jimmy came and diagnosed another condensation leak, fixed it and guided me though the process of isolating where the leak was from and steps to take to eliminate the cause.

Found water leaking from Condenser in attic, scheduled appointment and was there next day. Jimmy did an incredible job, was able to isolate the problem and fix it quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service!

We got our entire HVAC system updated and installed two years ago with Cool Air Solutions. They also helped us get new, energy efficient windows, which qualified us for a state rebate. From the technicians who handled the install to the service providers in the office, every person went above and beyond. When the city came to inspect and sign off on our project, the inspector said he’d never seen a cleaner install and asked us to pass on Cool Air’s info since he needed to update his own HVAC. Here we are two years later for our complimentary service, and the same high standard of care and service is clearly evident. Thank you to the office team for following up and reminding us about our service, and to Jorge for being a great technician!
