Upon arrival performed diagnostic. First thermostat was saying heating 2 stage but system isn’t 2 stage. Moved down to 1 stage on thermostat. Still no answer. Jumped system. Verified limit switches were not tripped. Found voltage going to gas valve. Was trying to light with lighter, no gas passing through valve. AC kicks on just fine. Need to replace gas valve first before anything else. Client declined.

Arrived to do duct estimate. This is a manufactured home with the ducting running underneath the house. Homeowner states he has rodents inside his duct. Droppings are present and visible through inside. Ducts are mainly all pre-fan with mobile home. 2 flex ducts visible running underneath home. Unfortunately crawl space is extremely small. Would need extremely small technician. Could not give quote, homeowner wants to verify that ducts are ripped. Need to send smaller technician. No quote given today, letting office know to reschedule for smaller technician.

Arrived on site to diagnose a no heating system that was just installed in June. Upon arrival spoke over with client and system was heating when installed but just recently they started to notice house was getting cold while heater was running. System is operating properly and heating. Inspected duct run under house and found ducting to be disconnect from the vent. Other ducting had a poor connection which will disconnect in time if left they Same. Which is allowing all the cold air from outside to enter air stream in home. Advised client of findings and they stated they would like to repair and seal up ducts for now. Advised client so they could be aware resealing ducting is just a bandage fix for now and will operate and help buy them time so they can get past winter. Connected and sealed up ducts both ducts. Ducting is connected and sealed up with zip ties duct tape and pookie to seal up and lose connections now. Cycled system to ensure air flow is being produced in home now. Client
