I have been a customer of Cool Air Solutions since 2016, I have always experienced the absolute best service from them since purchasing an entire new HVAC system from them back then and I have maintained my membership in their maintenance program throughout the years. I always receive excellent customer service from the office staff as well as the service technicians. Service done twice a year, service is through, technicians always explain what work they are performing and the results of everything done. They always ask how the system is working and if there are any issues with cooling or heating, BEST thing is they actually listen to what I have to say, 110%+ for outstanding service, professionalism, friendly, clean and neat.
