Alfonso Gonzalez did a fabulous job diagnosing the problem I was initially trying to fix, a broken toilet, but then went not one, but 10 steps further asking me if I had concerns about anything else while he was there. After talking through some of the issues, I have been dealing with by purchasing an older home, he took a look at several additional concerns I brought up. Ultimately he diagnosed an issue with my water valve and was able to replace it the same day. Although this is not an inexpensive repair, it likely saved me money from having the issue become much larger down the road. He was so friendly and was also quick to make a friend with my Great Dane! I have not met anyone from cool air solutions who has not been fabulous including Alfonso!

Josh, Alex, and Rafael did such a fabulous job installing our new AC and Heating System! I could not believe they completed the entire body of work in one day. Additionally, they were very respectful and polite and did such a great job cleaning up after they completed the job. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure I was clear on what would be expected today and going forward.
