Upon arrival unit was operational. Started at the furnace checked amps they were in range temp rise was in range , condensation line was clean and blower wheel was free of oil and debris. Safety switches were functioning properly. One filter was changed out of two. Upon departure unit was operational and heating.

Performed ac tune up. Cleaned outdoor coils, measured 20degree temperature split. Customer changed and provided filter. Removed debri from bottom of unit. Measured and tested capacitor. Unit is operational and cooling upon departure.

We will be moving the condenser around the corner to a new location. This price covers up to 10 ft. The move is approximately 6 feet away from the current position. Lineset and EMT will be run alongside the bottom of the wall inside the line set cover.

Arrived on site to perform fall tune up. On unit. 20 year old unit. Filter was good. Furnace is located in attic. Cycled heater and is operational. Blower ass and whee is dirty. Motor is leaking oil on borrowed time as it’s working hard and needs a cleaning. Secondary control is bad and out of range and will fail if left the same. Inducer motor is operational but working hard from age. All safety switches are operational but worn out from age. Would recommend rejuvenation to unit to buy more time. Temperature rise is good. Unit is heating home good. Drain line is good at Thai time and clear. No protection on unit. Client he was okay on hearing recommendations and repairs and would just call us out of there is a issues advise I would still put recommendations in file. Client is okay and aware of condition and repairs needed to heater. Client did declined. Cycled system to ensure system operating. System is operational upon departure.

Circuit board and electrical connections good. Coil and ducting is in good condtion. System was reset tested and fully functional.
