Upon arrival, common wire was left unwired, client has issues not connecting next to wifi after he had to take off wall to charge, google has sent him different thermostats, added that common wire back for when new thermostat comes from google he can try it, but existing thermostat looks like it’s charging now while on wall.

Upon arrival performed maintenance on Lennox system. Opened up system and washed out door coils. Secondary motor control is low and out of range. Client had an extra one he replaced. Advised that motor is leaking excessive oil and does not spin freely.Recommend replacing motor, client said he does not wanna do any repairs at this time. Refrigerant levels in range. Primary start is in good condition. Installed sensor predict inside and out. Verified test with Jon. System is operational upon departure.

Arrived on site to diagnose system that is not shutting off blower motor. Client stated he just had a technician come out yesterday as client got sensi predict system installed on both his units. After doing so unit will not shut off blower for downstairs system. Got in attic and found one cover off unit and client stated he had just taken off cover and didn’t want to try and fix himself even though client has done reports of his units. Inspected unit and electrical compartment and connections. Found system to not be tripping any error codes. Inspected electrical wiring and found cooling wire to not be on right terminal. Wired wires back up correctly and systems was operating properly. Cycled heating and cooling to ensure system operating properly and that fan is shutting off. Recommend adding surge protectors on unit to protect for electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components. System is operational upon departure.

Performed tune up for both heating and cooling systems. Tested temperature splits. Recorded motor amp draws and voltages. Tested controls. Inspected ducting and connections. Inspected blower motors. Verified refrigerant charge. Checked filters. Installed Sensi predict kits for both systems.
