Cool Air replied promptly to my call for help with my furnace. The technicin, Luis Mendez arrived punctually, was friendly and respectful, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system, ordered the part and returned as soon as they arrived and completely repaired my furnace. The whole experience was very positive.

Cool Air called me as soon as I submitted an email to Angie's List. Their technician, Luis was here first thing the next morning, diagnosed my problem and got repair underway immediateley. The girl on the phone--Ashley--was SO good--professional and friendly, and kept me informed throughout!
