Parts house sent the wrong part. Sent booster motor instead of blower motor. Need to return. Furnace is heating upon departure with fan mode on position.

Performed diagnostic. Unit is not heating. She had a handyman come out and told her it was the gas valve. I cycled system for heating. Flame ignites, abut blower motor never kicks on. Heating speed on fan is bad, which is why unit never heats as the fan doesn’t kick on. Used other speed tap on fan and fan comes on normally. Fan and relay have to be replaced. Need to order motor and return to replace. System is operating upon departure, but will heat slower due to slower fan speed. Homeowner is aware of age and condition of unit, Does not want to replace any time soon.

Performed diagnostic on 2 year old Lennox system. Homeowner states that system is not heating. Thermostat was set to heat upon arrival, but unit was not responding. Error code on display showed that unit was locked out due to no flame sensed and to many retries to start. Cleaned off flame sensor and tried cycling unit on. System initiates heating cycle , but burners never kick on and unit continues to try until it locks out again. Gas valve is not opening to release gas. Checked for power at valve and it is recieving proper voltage. Gas valve needs to be replaced. Gas line should also be hard piped out of the furnace with a sediment trap added. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. With approval, he would like to replace gas valve, as well as hard pipe the gas line and add sediment trap. Gas valve will be ordered from Lennox riverside. System is not operational upon departure.

Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on package unit. Unit is not cooling. Has not worked since the middle of summer. Cycled unit for cooling. Indoor blower kicks on, but refrigeration portion of unit is not kicking on. Found a tripped low pressure switch not allowing power to make it to contactor. Gauged up to system and found Unit is completely flat on refrigerant. Condenser coil has a noticeable refrigeration leak on bottom portion of coil. Condenser coil has to get replaced, and new refrigerant would have to be added. Went over pricing and recommendations. Homeowner prefers to replace unit instead of repairing it due to cost and repairs. Mateo is scheduled to come back out on Friday from 10-12.

Arrived on site to perform furnace diagnostic on Aireflo heater. Upon arrival met with Debbie And she stated Becky is out of state. found that gas line was off. Inspected exhaust venting for upstairs system and found that it was slightly disconnected. Found that downstairs unit pressure switch was stuck open. Inducer motor has significant oil leakage as well. Filters were heavily plugged up. Debbie will be getting new filters today. At this time Debbie has decided to just do the pressure switch and hold off on any further recommendations and will talk to Betty once she gets back. Will be ordering pressure switch to get downstairs unit running panda Parcher system is non-operational and upstairs is.

Arrived on site to diagnose a no heating 2004 york unit. Client stated unit has not been heating home. Tried to run it this season and heater is not heating home. Cycled on and sounded like it was starting to operate the sequence of operation. Checked filters and found them completely clogged and hammered. Pull all the filters and cleaned vents. Client stated she will order her own and replace more often. Inspected unit. Found blower assembly and whee to be covered in dirt. Motor has been leaking over past years of operation. Inducer motor is over amping from years of wear. Fixing was okay. Found unit to not be up to code and not have any safety over flows on drain lines and recon some due to the amount of dirt that is in unit. found unit to be over heating from airflow restriction. Unit is not as efficient as it used to be and advised this is the start of unit having problems and will continue so as age goes on. She is aware. Found no protection on unit and advised if she is trying to

Upon arrival started system in cooling everything turned on and function properly, switched over to heating for the first time this season. Customer stated he had not yet tried the heating this year. Heating kicked on normally and was operational took reading of all our amperage’s and checked our safety and limit switched. All were functional and operational. Filter needed to be changed it was a Merv 11 20x25x5 filter, homeowner had an extra filter so we changed it while there on or visit. Over system was running and functioning properly.

Performed combo tune up on 1 year old Lennox system.

Rescheduled call. Waited on site until 4, nobody arrived. Office to reach out and reschedule.

When I arrived, the unit didn’t turn on in heating. I turned thermostat to heating and went to attic to diagnose issue. I saw on error codes the flame sensor needs service or filter dirty. I took out flame sensor and deep cleaned. The flame sensor was white and needed to see flat surface to ignite burners. After cleaning , wiring back up and screwed into existing spot. Furnace took off in heating mode. I also went to check filter and it was very dirty. I replaced air filter with new one. I recommend a hot surface igniter replacement in due time. Igniter is starting to get white and cracked. Only problem is gas valve is directly behind it so that will all need to be dissembled to do work.
