Upgrade Your Home While Saving Money
Southern California Edison, in partnership with CLEAResult, offers the Home Performance Plus program to incentivize customers to upgrade their current HVAC system with an energy-efficient, zero-emission heat pump. With the flexibility to apply to single-family homes or up to 4-unit dwellings, this program is a great way to update your aging HVAC system while keeping more money in your pocket.

What Rebates Are Available?
When you install a unit through Home Performance Plus, you can earn the following rebates:
- Central heat pumps: Approximately $1350 per ton
- Ductless mini split heat pumps: Approximately $1080 per ton
What Are The Eligibility Requirements?
If you meet these requirements, you qualify for the Home Performance Plus program:
- Must be a Southern California Edison customer in an eligible ZIP code
- Home type: single-family or up to 4-unit dwellings
- Equipment must meet ENERGY STAR®/SEER/HSPF requirements
- Work must be completed by a Trade Ally contractor
- Applications must be submitted within 90 days of installation
After a free energy assessment and upgrades installed through a Trade Ally contractor, the contractor will submit rebate application and all necessary documentation through HPP portal. Rebates will be delivered to customers upon verification.
