How Sensi Predict Works

Sensi monitors your HVAC unit in real time and creates reports. Cool Air Solutions can see it in real time to help diagnose and problems. You will also have access to the information, and you can also get alerts when something is wrong. It’s an innovative product that helps you stay ahead of issues before they begin.

Qualifications

The requirements to participate:

  • Must be an SDG&E® customer with an active residential account
  • Must have a reliable home WIFI
  • Agree to let us monitor your AC equipment operations for 3 years
  • All single-family homes or duplexes are eligible. Mobile/manufactured houses are not eligible
  • Must have a central air conditioner or heat pump that is functioning.
  • Indoor and/or outdoor unit of the existing HVAC system has to be at least one year old
  • The HVAC system can be a split system (A/C-furnace or Heat Pump) or Package unit (A/C-furnace or Heat Pump) - This does not include ductless mini splits.
